Vegan Eggnog Recipe

I love eggnog, but I don’t like eggs AT ALL. So, even though I am not Vegan, I absolutely love this Vegan Eggnog recipe! It has no eggs or dairy and tastes just as good (if not better) than regular eggnog. It is easy to make and has such a yummy taste and consistency.

So many times eggnog is what makes the Christmas holidays complete, but we wanted to include a vegan recipe for people who do not want to use eggs and milk.

Delicious and creamy homemade Vegan eggnog that is so delicious you won't even know it is missing a few ingredients it normally has in it!

  • 1 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Cream
  • 1/4 Cup Raw Cashew
  • 1/3 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/3 Cup Bourbon (Optional!)
  1. Add all of the ingredients, but the bourbon, into a blender and blend until smooth

  2. Bring a medium-size pot to medium heat and add the blended ingredients. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low. Make sure to keep whisking, so it doesn’t get lumpy. Cook for about 10 minutes. Set aside and let cool off.

  3. Once cooled off, blend again and then pour through a strainer, to remove all lumps

  4. Add Bourbon (Optional!)

  5. Serve chilled! Enjoy!

  1. I guess I never though about people who didn’t like eggs or people who don’t do dairy. This sounds like a very good mix for eggnog……………. and of course the Bourbon
